Are you using Smartsynth or Garritan sounds or another VST player? I only use smartsynth. I saved a couple of files as WAV files including one with a pick-up measure (I thought that might be the problem) but the Media Player 11 had no problem playing all files from the beginning. I have the option in this window to click on "save as standard audio file" or "save as compressed(mp3) file".
